Mr. Friedman concentrates his law practice in the area of family law and litigation. Over the past 30 years he has represented hundreds of clients in all areas (child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution of assets, prenuptial agreements) of family law. He has extensive experience in negotiating favorable divorce and custody settlements and a proven track record in trying and obtaining successful results for his clients in court. Mr. Friedman also practices in the areas of estate planning and probate and commercial law and litigation which enhances his ability to provide effective representation to his family law clients given the interrelation between these three areas of law.
